A couple came up with a clever plan after being told they couldn't put up a Pride flag by instead using floodlights to cover their home in rainbow-coloured lights.
Memo Fachino and Lance Meir were told by their homeowner's association that they would have to remove the rainbow flag outside their home when new rules banning all flags other than the American one were introduced.
But the couple decided that wouldn't stop them putting on a display during Pride month and instead found a loophole that meant they were able to bathe their entire home in rainbow lights.

In a post on Reddit, Fachino explained: "Due to some neighbours flying BLM flags, thin blue line flags, and other opinion flags, our HOA decided last month that we're only allowed to fly the USA flag, and nothing else.
"The day after the decision, we received an email that someone reported our Pride flag (that we had on our house since 2016), and that we needed to take it down.
"We complied and removed the flag. Looking through our new rules, we noticed that removable lights are permitted without restriction so... we bought six coloured flood lights, and we washed our house in pride colours. A little less subtle than our simple flag.
"A lot more fun for anyone complaining about the flag itself and what it represents."

Speaking to the BBC Fachino, who is member of the board for the homeowner's association, said he understood why the rule was introduced adding that it was a 'simple rule that applies to all of us equally'.
He told News 5: "I think it's just definitely giving me an idea that it's not an unusual rule.
"People are happy to be able to see that it can be done while still showing your diversity in a way that is within the rules."

Fachino's Reddit post has since gone viral, with fellow Reddit users heaping praise on the couple for their quick-thinking.
One said: "The lighting is much better than a simple flag."
While another said: "It looks far more beautiful than just a flag. Bravo on your fabulous compliance!"
The couple told the BBC they plan on leaving the lights up throughout June.
