If you reckon you're having a bad day, spare a thought for this poor guy who accidentally sprayed hand sanitiser into a kid's face while at work, in fact, spare a thought for the little girl while you're at it.
In the clip, you can see the kid and her mum waiting in a queue to have their temperature checked and to get their hands spritzed with hand-sanitiser.

However, the bloke offers us all a cautionary tale in taking your eyes off the ball while in the workplace, while the poor youngster shows us all how it feels to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
As they get to the front of the queue, the man checking their temperatures seemingly gets his forehead thermometer mixed up with his hand sanitiser and instead of checking the kid's temperature, he ends up blasting her right in the eyes with the spray.

Her panicked mum then takes her to one side and begins to rub the poor girl's eyes, while shooting a death-glare over at the man responsible.
The clip was shared on TikTok by user @anakarma, who claimed it was the guy's first day on the job. Yikes.
She then explained the man had mixed up his sanitiser and thermometer and pointed out that it had been a genuine mistake, before saying the kid was fine afterwards.

The clip has racked up more than 11 million views and has split opinions, with many seeing the funny side of the cock-up and others slamming the man for not paying attention.
One person commented: "I'm laughing so hard but at the same time I feel so bad for the kid, oh my."
A second replied: "Ohmygod, that must be so painful - how can you mistake that for a thermometer?"
