There's A Big Problem With McDonald's Monopoly That Is Making Customers Angry

A lot of people are not happy.

There's an obvious problem with McDonald's Monopoly. That problem is that I always seem to win fuck all.

But apart from my own personal woes, there's a bigger problem affecting other fast food lovers.

The competition is soon to come to an end, meaning that everyone is after a last flurry of Monopoly stickers to stick on their boards, and maybe win a few prizes in the process.

As the final scramble for Mayfair, Park Lane and all the others begins, McDonald's are actually limiting the amount of stickers they give out as they themselves are running out.

What people are mainly upset about is the fact that promotional posters advertising McDonald's Monopoly are all over the place. Despite this a lot of people aren't getting stickers and have to go out of their way to ask staff as to why that is.

"More people than ever before have taken part in this year's Monopoly promotion, and we're on track to give away more prizes than ever - so far more than 7 million prizes have been won. Unfortunately this unprecedented popularity has led to some stores selling out of promotional packaging before the promotion ends next Tuesday. We apologise for any disappointment caused and look forward to bringing Monopoly back to our customers next year," a spokesperson for McDonald's told the Mirror.

So basically, Maccies are more than aware of the problem, but are not about to remedy the issue, given that it comes to an end next week.
