The woman who let builders work on her property despite saying they got the wrong house has cleared up what happened. Watch the video below:

Earlier this week, TikToker Chloe (@chloefountainn) shared a series of videos about what happened, explaining in the first that the workers were 'at the wrong house'.

As a dump truck unloads a huge mound of stones outside her house, Chloe can be heard saying: "You've got the wrong house! You have the wrong house! Oh no, you have the wrong house!

"This is a big mess up."

However, she decided not to go and stop them.

In a follow-up clip - which has racked up 14.5 million views - she said: "Well, they're at the wrong house but I'm not going to stop them because I'd love to have free concrete - or a deck, whatever they're building.

"I'll let you know in part three how it looks."

And now, yet another video has been posted - after part one was removed, in which Chloe explains that she contacted the company after they received lots of calls because she didn't blur out the name of it on the van.

It appears the whole thing is a big set up and she was 'joking' all along. I am shocked. She tells viewers they are coming back at the weekend, and to 'stay tuned' for the rest of the 'saga'.

Chloe had originally filmed herself speaking to camera from inside her house, while work continued outside.

She said: "Okay, so they're here now, but obviously they're not finished and there's no way I'm telling them about it.

"I'm going to tell them when they're done. I want whatever they're doing down, and then I'm going to be, like, 'Wrong house!'."

In a fourth video, Chloe explained she had no idea what they were doing with her garden, as the work was obviously not something she'd commissioned.

She continued: "Update number four. Like I said, I do not know if this is going to be concrete or a deck. It's a complete surprise because they're at the wrong house, right?

"So if you know what this is going to be - it's all stone - let me know."

She captioned her post: "Yes I'll pay lol."

Before Chloe confirmed she'd be paying, many people commented to say it was 'theft'.

One TikToker wrote: "This is theft of service."

Another said: "If she is really letting them work and they're not supposed to be there is she gonna pay them after they're done? If not that's theft."

Another asked: "So who's paying for the work?"
