Two years ago, Eric Yeiner Hincapié Ramírez started the process of body modification to make himself look like a living skull - so far he's had his nose cut off, his tongue split and his earlobes removed.
This isn't enough for the tattoo artist, however - now he wants to have his genitals removed too.
The 22-year-old - otherwise known as the Kalaca Skull - started his extreme body mods after his mother passed away and the Colombian said he'd always had a fascination with skulls.

Now his desire to look like a skull has developed into a more extravagant idea - he wants to resemble a skeleton.
He said: "We all are the same. No matter if you are a boy, a girl, a man or an elderly man, we are always the same: a skeleton."
He told a reporter from Los Informantes that his fantasy is to remove his genitals so he can become 'totally flat' like a skeleton. Well, ok.
He started his process when he got his mother's face inked on to his back, and he's since -evidently - become very heavily tattooed. Kalaca Skull has now, along with the removal of his earlobes and nose, has had his tongue split in half and tattooed a blue-grey colour, had large black circles tattooed around his eyes to form 'sockets', and had large teeth inked around his mouth.

It wouldn't be a shock to find out that Eric doesn't have the most typical outlook. He says he laughs if people scream when they first see his appearance - he says that pain is like a medicine for him.
He said: "I would like to be buried two metres underground, I feel like being beside dead people. It is like being in peace, in harmony, that there is not so much pain."
Earlier in the year he told Rio Noticias: "Body modifications are a personal decision and should not be judged. It is like judging a woman for getting breast or buttock implants.

"For me, a skull is like my sister, a part of my family really. I feel very attached to them."
The curious among you might also wonder what plans he has in terms of his next transformation - and if he'll be able to find a surgeon to remove his genitals.
According to the MailOnline Eric is the only Colombian to voluntarily have his nose and ears mutilated - but having his genitals removed is a huge step further.
