Tessica Brown, the woman who shot to unlikely fame when she accidentally put Gorilla Glue spray into her hair, has received her first treatment at a Los Angeles-based plastic surgery and is 'doing well'.
The 40-year-old flew from Louisiana to LA to visit Dr Michael Obeng for treatment to completely remove the adhesive from her hair, which could take up to three days, the Daily Mail reports.

Brown was whisked out of the surgery following day one with a white sheet over her head, and taken to a blacked-out car.
Dr Obeng, of MiKO Plastic Surgery, offered to help Brown after her plight went viral around the world.
He even said that he'd perform the treatment to get the glue off her head - which usually costs around $12,500 (£9,000) - for nothing.

The surgeon told KCBS-TV: "When I found out this was a reality, you can only feel compassion and sympathy for Tessica.
He added: "The surgery went well.
"Tessica is doing well. She's awake. The hair crew is doing her hair."
The whole thing started when Tessica accidentally put a load of the hugely effective glue in her hair, and went viral after she shared a video describing her ordeal.

She's had really bad headaches since her hair was glued up, and has had to have the ponytail cut off by her hairdresser in an attempt to ease the pain.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, she explained how she never actually meant to go viral in the first place, and only did so in the hope she'd get some advice.
Brown said: "I never was going to take this to social media. The reason I took this to social media was because I didn't know what else to do
"And I know somebody out there could have told me something. I didn't think for one second when I got up the next morning it was gonna be everywhere."

In the video, which has been viewed more than 25 million times, she explained how she ran out of her usual hairspray and made a snap decision to use the Gorilla Glue.
She hasn't been able to move her hair for a month since then.
After expecting that it would simply 'wash right out', she tried a few things to shift it, all unsuccessfully.

That's when she turned to TikTok for help.
Now, she wishes that she'd never shared it.
She said: "I told my son today, 'I wish I could just go back,' because I'm over it. I'm over it,
"I'm usually the person that I don't care what people say. I just move at my own pace. I don't care what people say, but it's just getting to the point where people are on TV saying stuff about me."
She also rejected any claims that she did the whole thing for the attention.
Brown continued: "Who in their right mind would say, 'Oh well, let me just spray this in my head and become famous overnight?'
"Never! Who would want them to do that? I needed somebody to tell me how to take this off, that's all it was."
