Man Allegedly Gets 'Fat-Shamed' By A Homeless Man After Buying Him McDonald's

The homeless man told him to 'lay off the McDonald's' after he'd bought him some food.

A man who was attempting to do a good deed for a homeless man ended up getting a bit more than he bargained for when he claims the person told him to 'lay off the McDonald's'. You can see his full explanation for it below.

Seriously, there's a time and a place to give people unsolicited advice about their physical condition.

That time is never, and the place is nowhere.

However, this counts doubly if you're down on your luck and someone has just bought you some food.

This is apparently what happened to TikTok user Stu, who goes by @janikon_ on the app.

The Toronto dweller could at least see the funny side of it, as he was clearly cracking up the whole time he was explaining the story in his video, which has since been liked nearly 400,000 times.

He explained: "I just got back from McDonald's where I went to get a coffee and sausage McMuffin with no McMuffin.

"Anyway, I was at the McDonald's and there's a homeless man standing outside. He was like 'can you spare some change?' I was like, 'I can't, I have no change, but if you want me to get you some food, I'm more than happy to'.

"So he's like, 'sure, can I get coffee with two creams and a Big Mac' and I was like 'anything on the Big Mac or Is everything okay?' He's like 'everything is fine'.[he cracks up]

"So, I get my food and his food. I'm handing it to him. I'm like, 'have a great day', and he goes 'just in the future, a word of advice - I would lay off to McDonald's'.

He continued: "The worst part is, I was fat-shamed for doing a good deed."

Obviously, Stu clearly found it hilarious as he kept laughing throughout, and many others have managed to see it that way, too.

One person wrote: "Man has no house, but all the audacity."

Another said: "No good deed goes unpunished."

To be fair to him, Stu later responded to some of the more negative comments underneath his post, writing: "This is just a funny story - let's not go too deep into it.

"Just laugh with me because I'm hysterical."

Yep, that seems like the best course of action. We've all had some advice that we didn't need given to us before at some point.

Although, he has a point about not eating too much McDonald's.

Everything in moderation, remember!
