An Ohio man has decided he wants to sue NFL after he was offended by Jennifer Lopez and Shakira's half time performance, claiming their revealing outfits have put him 'in danger of hellfire'.

Dave Daubenmire, a Christian activist, not only wants to sue the National Football League, but also Pepsi, his local cable company, and, well, anyone he can get his hands on to be honest.

Now, he may or may not be doing a bit of attention seeking/promo for his new podcast, which I'm sure will be an absolute hoot, but it seems our Dave is really peeved.

In fact, the lovely ladies and their dancing have got to him so much he has taken to Facebook to find himself a suitable lawyer.

Daubenmire moaned: "I tuned in to watch a football game. I didn't tune in to watch a porn show."

If you're not familiar with the now famous performance that triggered poor Dave so badly, well, who knows where you've been.

The Super Bowl half-time show from Jennifer Lopez and Shakira drew as much attention as the game itself, but you might be surprised to learn the two singers won't be picking up a hefty pay cheque for the performance.

J Lo and Shakira stunned audiences around the world with their show.

While both J Lo and Shakira routinely pull in millions of dollars while on tour, the Super Bowl half-time show is such an iconic gig that performers forgo payment, according to Forbes.

Shakira and J Lo were joined by Bad Bunny and J Balvin during the set. There was also an adorable appearance by Lopez's 11-year-old daughter Emme Maribel, who joined in to sing the classic 'Let's Get Loud'.

The singer co-parents Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, who tweeted after the performance: "Emme, Daddy is so proud of you. You are my [heart] and I am forever yours."

Before their performance both J Lo and Shakira said they were eager to pay tribute to their heritage.

J Lo said: "Two Latinas doing this in this country at this time is just very empowering to us."

Watch out ladies, Dave's on your case.
