A man who has never had sex before has nearly hit his crowdfunding target for a 'sex island' trip in the Caribbean, with access to up to 60 prostitutes.

The man, known only as 'Brian', became determined to embark on the trip after being lured in by an advert that promised unlimited sex on an exclusive paradise island.

With the help of a friend, Brian set up a crowdfunding page for people to donate to his cause and amazingly, it seems to be working.

The virgin has already been pledged more than $3,800 (£2,810) of his $5,000 (£3,698) target.

In a statement on his site, he wrote: "Is it not a man's basic human right to at least get laid?

"Here's what you need to know about me: I've never had a girlfriend.

"I've had my fair share of texting relationships but they always end with me saying something really inappropriate and then the girl goes silent. It's a real fucking bummer.

"I think its time for me to experience love and maybe something more. I think feeling a women's touch will help me get out of my shell. Donate below and make my wet dreams come true!"

However, it seems to have worked and now Brian's hopes of partaking in a champagne-fuelled, four-day orgy are close to becoming a reality.

Originally taking place in Colombia, the sex island trip was relocated to the Caribbean after it caused outrage and was banned by Colombian authorities.

Good Girls Company, the company behind the holiday, said their clients enjoy the debauched trip to such an extent that many of them decide to upgrade to a full week for an extra $10,000 (£7395) each.

The firm claims that its current maximum of 30 guests are being made to 'feel like kings', as they enjoy endless sex, drugs, booze and even a performance by an unnamed, chart-topping British pop star.

Speaking from a yacht, one organiser told the Mirror: "Clients want to keep the party going for a full week and have offered to pay $10,000 for a full seven days.

"Sixteen of our 30 guests have already paid the extra money.

"The experience has exceeded their expectations - some clients haven't slept in 48 hours. They are currently partying on the yacht with all the girls naked.

"Our pop star celebrity guest is performing for everyone. They are having the time of their lives."

The company states on its website: "If you want to feel like a king, this is your best option. Enjoy the best exclusive trip for three, you and two girls, as your loving girlfriend, the first in services, attention and events.

"All meals, transportation, spa pass, horse riding, VIP night club experience, bottle of champagne, horse riding, helicopter tour, extras, events, tours, and of course your executive villa are included.

"Just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride."
