Woman Chops Off Ex-Husband's Penis With Kitchen Knife After He 'Demanded Sex'

For pretty much anyone, there's nothing worse than a story involving a knife and intimate areas.
It makes us cross our legs and squeeze for the people subjected to the abuse. And what this Russian woman did leaves us feeling exactly the same.
Lira Plaksina, 47, severed her ex-husband's penis off because he arrived at her house 'demanding sex'.
We'd all be locked up if every couple acted like this on a Saturday night.
Plaksina, from Tatarstan, Russia, was jailed for four years and blew a kiss as she was being led from court, reports MailOnline.
She told a court that her 44-year-old ex-husband attacked her having demanded sex and that she then acted in self defence.
But the judge decided she had severed the man's penis and scrotum as he was lying asleep on the sofa at her village house.
The man also suffered an injury to the right hip in the incident which took place in October last year.
As she was led out of court, Plaksina waved and blew a kiss.
According to MailOnline, the woman showed no regret and said: "Everything is normal - [I got] four years."
Her ex-husband is now living with another woman, say his relatives.
Neighbours said the couple had frequent 'fights' and there were 'tensions in their relationship' leading to their split.
Back in March, Russia was rocked by another violent and bizarre criminal act after a cannibal had been arrested for allegedly eating a woman's heart out after he killed her.
It was claimed that Alexey Yastrebov, 35, stabbed mother-of-two, Ekaterina Nikiforova, in the neck and cut out her Adam's apple with a kitchen knife.
According to local authorities, Yastrebov then cut out 27-year-old Ekaterina's heart and left lung before cooking them on the stove in his rented apartment.
He is then said to have phoned the owner of the flat, Zhanna Avdeeva, and told her: "Call the police and ambulance. I'm lying in the blood, next to me is a corpse."
Before calling Avdeeva, the suspected killer tried and failed to kill himself by plunging scissors into his neck. He is now in intensive care under police guard.
These incidents come months after a cannibal couple were arrested in Russia after they allegedly killed and ate up to 30 people.
Natalia Baksheeva and Dmitry Baksheev confessed to murdering waitress, Elena Vashrusheva, after Natalia accused her of trying to seduce Baksheev.
The pair initially confessed that they had killed and eaten at least 30 people before they retracted their confession and denied any acts of cannibalism.
