McDonald's Is Trialling Delivery Service Again... But Not In The UK
I'm sorry to tell you this awful news - but McDonald's delivery is not quite here in the UK yet.
Yes, I know there's some other services that deliver for you, but it's not Maccies is it.
The silver lining to this whole situation is that the fast food chain is trialling the delivery service again in New Zealand.
According to the Mirror, McDonald's regularly uses the delivery service is Australia and Thailand so this branching out looks pretty good for us over here in the UK.
However, a statement on its website reads: "We are committed to serving our customers hot food, fresh from the kitchen.
"We have trialled delivery services both at select locations in the UK and in a number of European markets, but it is currently not a priority for the UK."
The company also tips its hat towards some unverified companies that have began delivering their food on their behalf: "We would not be able to guarantee the quality of the food or that it would be delivered with the high level of customer service we would expect."
So, all in all, it's not the best news for your hangover. But we're one step closer.
