This story might be small but it is as sure as hell mighty.
Brazilians Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros and Katyucia Lie Hoshino have tied the knot, and at the same time set a Guinness World Record.
What for, you ask?
Well, they are the world's smallest married couple, combining in height to make 181.41 cm (71.42 inches).
Here they are.

The par met online 10 years ago and, as you can see from the pictures, got married in London. They both have a type of dwarfism - Paulo has diastrophic dysplasia, while Katyucia has achondroplasia dwarfism.
Both live normal lives and work hard - Paulo works as a legal secretary and Katyucia a beautician.
However, they didn't exactly hit it off straight away, saying this of their first encounter.
"The first time I started talking to Paulo, he was really annoying. He had cheap pick-up lines."
He retorted: "She thought I was trying to flirt but I was just being nice. According to her I was a really boring guy." God this is devastating.

Obviously things got better and here they are now. That said, she does seem like a bit of a savage, talking about the next time they met:
"He was wearing an orange shirt, jeans and sunglasses - thank God it has improved since then." Give the guy a break! By the way this was after he made a 186 mile trip to visit her in her hometown of Londrina.

Now he has this to say of her: "Basically, we are a normal couple but our height is a little smaller.
"The best thing about our relationship is our closeness, our companionship we have for each other.
"She supports me in everything. She's my little warrior."
And what they said in a joint statement after the marriage is also pretty cool: "We hope our new record will encourage the world to look past the physical differences in others and understand all people should be treated equally."
Yesterday was Guinness World Records Day, and this was our favourite. In second for us came Keisuke Yokota, from Japan, (where else), who managed to balance 26 traffic cones on his chin.

I also have a massive Jimmy Hill chin (feel free to mock me on Twitter over it), and think I could do 27, but that's a lot of 4am drunken thefts to see if I actually have that discernible talent.
