Back in June the first trailer for the Tupac biopic All Eyez on Me dropped and, needless to say, hip-hop fans were hyped.

Now the newest trailer has been released. It features Tupac Shakur, played by Demetrius Shipp, Jr., meeting Biggie. Jamal "Gravy" Woolard who will reprise his role as the Notorious B.I.G. in the film, having played the rapper (real name Christopher George Latore Wallace) in the 2009 Biggie biopic Ready to Die.

The trailer is narrated by Danai Gurira who plays Tupac's mother, the late Afeni Shakur.

In it she warns her son: "They are going to come after you and everything you love. They are gonna give you the tools that you need to destroy yourself."

Tupac would have been celebrating his 45th birthday last year had he not been tragically killed back in 1996.

To celebrate his all-too-short life however, writers Ed Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft have created All Eyez On Me, a biopic about the rap legend.

As a reminder of Tupac's legacy, the first teaser trailer was released on the 16 June, his birthday, showing what we've all got to look forward to when the film is released in November.

It's also the first time we see actor Demetrius Shipp Jr. in full Tupac get-up and it's actually nearly impossible to tell the difference between the real life rapper and the actor...

Is Tupac actually still alive?! Nah, I ain't starting that shit. Not here. Not now.

Shipp Jr. was asked to play Tupac despite having no acting experience due to his uncanny resemblance to the rapper. He's even taken acting lessons in order to play the role.

The film will focus on Tupac's career all the way and including his fatal shooting in Las Vegas in 1996. It's due for release in November.
