Apparently more and more men are opting to have cosmetic procedures to make their manhood wider - and if you're willing to fork out up to £5,000 then your pecker could be made mega too.
A new study, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, claims the reason is not only to improve appearance, but also to 'improve the satisfaction of female partners'.
Its author, Dr Luis Casavantes, who runs a clinic in Tijuana, Mexico, has said that demand is growing and he now treats hundreds of men each year.
"Patients come from all over the world with a strong desire to change the diameter of their penis," he writes.
"The phrase "bigger is better" sticks in the heads of many men worldwide."
According to Luis, dissatisfied men had an average penis length (when flaccid) of 3.6 inches (9.2cm) and girth of 3.6 inches (9.3cm).
Dr Casavantes' treatment involves injecting a pocket between the penis shaft and the skin with gel. The injections are made from polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) microspheres - a dermal filler that increases girth by 1.4 inches. That sounds like a shit load to me!
Earlier this year there was a BBC3 documentary about penis enlargement in Leon. A truck driver by trade described how surgery had given him a 'monster' penis.
Speaking about his dick, he said: "In my eyes every man wants to be bigger and stronger. If you can have it done have it done. Most women don't need to have boob jobs but they do.
"Bigger is better, and every person is like that, when you look at weapons and missiles and things like that. I had the lengthening and the girth done and the results were brilliant! I had a very good result out of it and I'm glad I got it done.
"It's porno size.
"I told them I want a monster and they've given me a monster."
Fair play, if you're not happy with your manhood at the moment then I feel bad for you son. Why not give it a Google? Perhaps a brave new '12 inch' world awaits you.
