Here's How To Eat Like Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson

Can you smell what The Rock is cooking? Well, it's pretty insane.

I can't promise there won't be a Backlash to the amount of wrestling references in this article but I'll still be showing No Mercy. By the end of this piece I'll have hit Rock Bottom but I've not got much Pedigree to go off in the first place. (I need to stop this!)

The 10-times WWE champion turned actor is a beast of a man so to look like him you'd have to do a hell of a lot of exercise. But before you drive down Know Your Role Boulevard to the gym you'll also need to eat a hell of a lot of calories!

In an interview with Muscle and Fitness in 2015, one half of the Rock n' Sock connection revealed what it is he eats as part of his daily diet:

Yeah that's seven meals and 1000 calories of cod a day! The North Sea must be depleted.

Reckon you could tackle all that food in a day? Not a chance if you ask me, you'll need an Undertaker if you try to eat all that!
