In a recent interview Matt Damon revealed how Stevie Wonder is able to perform on stage without any visible aids.

The 66-year-old singer is one of the all-time musical greats. A childhood condition left him blind, but he has put in some epic performances on stages around the world, including at a recent gig at British Summertime in London's Hyde Park, without appearing to need any assistance.

But, in an interview with the Metro, which you can see above, Matt, who was plugging his new Jason Bourne film which is out in cinemas on Wednesday, caught a glimpse of how Stevie's concerts come off without any blips.

Matt said: "Nine years ago I was backstage with [Stevie] and his guys, and he had an earpiece in. It was at the Beacon Theatre in New York. His guy walked him out and Stevie had a keytar around his neck and he started playing. As he walked out, the guy was talking to him saying five more steps... four more steps.... three more steps.

"It's his really tight friends back there saying 'now, that's it, quarter turn to the right - okay perfect you're in place'. Stevie's playing the whole time and, meanwhile, he's taking direction but he can just play. He's just brilliant."

That's pretty sweet.

Shout out to Stevie for being an absolute legend!
