Tinder Has Revealed The Hottest Names According To The App's Users

Does your entire life seem to consist of swiping, constant endless useless swiping? Are you the Tinder equivalent of Tom Hank's character in Castaway, ostracised from the rest of the human race? Does loading up the dating app make you worry you're going to die alone?

Well, don't worry, it might not entirely be down to you being ugly as hell. It could, in fact, have something to do with your name.

Tinder has just released the UK's most right-swiped names of this year, based on the percentage of most right-swiped profiles in 2016, and it looks like some names are considered a lot more attractive than others.

Amelia tops the list of girl's names, closely followed by Holly, then Grace.

9. Jade

The men's list was topped by Harry, followed by Jay, then Thomas.

Surprisingly James didn't make the list, which must mean there are lots of the James' out there letting themselves, their families and the entire side down. Come on guys, sort it out, 2017 could be our year to top Tinder's 'hottest name' chart.
