When you stop having sex, certain things happen to your body. You get more stuff done, your virginity grows back and people respect you more.

Okay, none of that it true. But some stuff does happen that's quite interesting. My advice is, have as much sex as possible. Stay safe.

Metro spoke to a doctor who knows loads of stuff about sex so let's have a look at what happens to that body of yours when you go celibate for an extended period of time.

Well first of all, you're more likely to feel depressed and anxious when you stop banging. Sex releases endorphins that make you feel gooooood. This happy mood can last all day long. So, treat yourself to a good day. Have sex.

Interestingly enough, when you stop having regular sex your sex drive drops. How weird is that?! I would've assumed that the longer you don't have sex, the more twitchy you'd become. Apparently, men have lower testosterone levels in their body when they stop having sex and therefore their sex drive also goes down.

However, these lower levels of testosterone can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Or so some people believe. Metro reported that there has even been a study that claims men who have sex less than once a week are twice as likely to struggle to get it up.

The positives are that you're less likely to get a sexually transmitted disease (duh) but if you're careful and put a sock on your cock then you should be okay*.

*And by sock, I mean condom. Please don't use an actual sock.
