If someone calls me up, having got the wrong number, I don't hold back. I give them what's for. 'Oi, mate,' I'll say. 'You got a wrong number here so I'm gonna let you off lightly, but don't ever be calling me up again, geez, you hear me? Merry Christmas, now f-off!'
But, luckily, not everyone behaves like a half-cut psychopath when they get called by mistake. When Twitter user Jaileene Andrade called her mum last week for a chat, she was surprised to hear the wrong voice on the other end.
However, instead of annoying the other person, she actually made their Christmas for a very moving reason.
The woman she accidentally called had lost her only daughter over the holidays, and just hearing Jaileene say 'Hey mom' was 'a great Christmas gift'.
Having received the wrong call, the woman then sent her a text to let her know and Jaileene was so moved that she post the message online.

If that's not Christmas spirit, I don't know what is.
