Does This Show Vaping IS Better For You Than Smoking?
Vaping, and using e-cigarettes, has become a bit of a tricky issue. One minute they're better for you than smoking, the next they're just as bad, or even worse.
Well, let's add another study into the confusion, shall we? Because the latest research from the US shows that vaping will reduce the number of people dying from smoking-related deaths.
A new study found that since 1997, which is when e-cigarettes went on sale, smoking-related deaths in the US have been reduced by more than a fifth in those born after their introduction, reports the Daily Mail.

Professor Levy said: "Our study indicates that, considering a broad range of reasonable scenarios, e-cigarettes are likely to reduce cigarette smoking and not lead to offsetting increases in harm from the use of e-cigarettes and more deadly cigarettes. When we consider the plausible positive and negative aspects of e-cigarette use, we find vaping is likely to have a net positive public health impact."
So, next time your mates take the piss out of you for vaping you can comfort yourself with this info.
