WhatsApp is down leaving users across the world unable to send or receive texts or access the messaging service.
Issues with the app, which is used by 1 billion people worldwide, were reported this afternoon
It comes two weeks after a similar problem affected the instant messenger.
People were up in arms, devastated that their communication can only come via Facebook messenger, Twitter, Snapchat, text, phone call, Instagram and so on.
