Everyone knows Strongbow's dark fruit cider is pretty darn tasty. And judging from this slightly cryptic tweet, it looks like one of the UK's most enduring cider makers is up to something:
Roses are red
Violets are blue
Lovers of Strongbow Dark Fruit
This #ValentinesDay keg is for you :purple_heart:
Hitting stores before Easter

It's a bit weird that they sent out a tweet on Valentine's Days advertising something that's going to be in stores before Easter, but a keg of that stuff sounds bloody marvellous, to be honest, so we'll let them off.
Besides, what could be more in the spirit of true love than a delicious boozey drink? I'll take five, please, and a long lie-in the next day.
Ok, it's been miserable weather-wise recently, but can you imagine when it's slightly nicer - around Easter time, for instance - and the sun is shining and the grass is warm and you can just sit in the garden with a group of your best mates and responsibly enjoy a keg of the good stuff?
'Responsibly' is subjective, of course - but either way, let's make the best of it.
Do you remember, back in the day, when cider was just cider? You'd go to the pub and order two large gins, two pints of cider - ice in the cider - but it didn't actually matter what kind it was because here weren't that many and it wasn't very fashionable to drink anyway.
And then, a few years ago, things changed drastically and cider became the alcoholic beverage of choice. Every pub you'd go to, people would be swigging fancier ciders like apples were going to run out soon.
And then all the crazy flavours started appearing and suddenly it felt like cider had always been a part of our lives and what the hell did we ever do before it became popular? And now we can buy kegs of the stuff.
What a time to be alive.
