I think a fair amount of people will admit to at some point of another suspecting their partner is cheating. It's not so much a lack of trust, more just them having insecurities and dreaming up scenarios that haven't actually happened.
However, in some cases those who follow a hunch will find that their other half is doing the dirty with someone else. Now that we're in 2017 though, there's a lot more ways to follow your suspicions.
For example, this couple went viral earlier because they were seen arguing on Instagram.
It started when Jordan went onto Burger King's profile to write: "My girl legit took 20 minutes ordering in the drive thru last night, those whoppers were worth it lol".
Shanlee Rose, his actual girlfriend, ten minutes later said: "Um excuse me @jordan_vonsmith86 I don't recall going last night or ever linking Burger King. Who are you talking about?"
Because Instagram is the best place to ask these questions.
But to be fair - he wasn't answering his phone. So she called him out on Instagram about that too.
It all comes to a head when the girl we went to BK with got dragged into it and Shanlee informs Jordan his shit is outside.
Khadijah Bilal was a bit more direct with her technique. When she suspected her husband was having an affair she employed the help of his Find My iPhone app.
The 33-year-old, from Moseley, Birmingham, quickly cottoned on that the phone he was using, which was previously hers, would still have the same log in details on the app.
So, after she noticed a change in his behaviour, coming home in the early hours at the weekend and generally not spending a lot of time at home, her first thoughts that he was committing adultery began. After confronting the 35-year-old his ways still didn't change, and still didn't after the birth of their second child.
Logging onto Find My iPhone with the old details, she monitored his movements for a month, tracking him to an address he kept visiting, the Daily Mail reports.
£190 later Bilal had hired a private detective to find out which house it was he was going into. She confronted him outside the house share, and his reaction was to take his mistress, get in his car and fuck right off. She hasn't seen him since.

"I had to prove to myself, to my family and to his family what he was doing. I also had to have it confirmed for myself, for my own sanity," she told the Daily Mail. "It was very difficult. I had to really control myself. I used the tracker because I thought it would be the only way to be confident about what was actually going on.
"I outsmarted him. He thought he was so clever getting away with it, but he wasn't."
She waited outside the girl's house for five hours until the pair turned up in the car. It turns out that the younger homewrecker was his colleague and, according to her housemates, they'd been dating.
"I ran towards the car," she said. "I started banging on his window. His car door was locked. I saw who she was. He sped off.
"That was the last I saw of him. I found out who she was and looked in his emails and found out they were together on Christmas Day.
"He still hasn't contacted me to offer an explanation. He contacted my family but my parents didn't want to speak to him."
She's now planning a divorce with no regrets, and you can't really blame her for that.
