If there's one way to put a smile on my face on a Monday morning, it's with a good ol' conspiracy theory.
And this is indeed a good ol' conspiracy theory, because a CIA veteran has claimed that Hitler faked his own death and then fled to South America in a submarine. Just let that sink in.
In a documentary that airs tonight on the History Channel, Bob Baer, formally a CIA agent, will root through never-before-seen documents and make the discovery that the former Führer didn't kill himself alongside wife Eva Braun.

The documentary will claim that he instead faked his own death using a double; the dead body found by Russians is said to have been five inches shorter and has a smaller skull. Not sure who had measured Hitler's skull while he was alive, but here we are.
Bob will also claim that Hitler made it to Argentina, taking part of the journey by plane before getting in a submarine, with plans to lead the Fourth Reich from a military compound.
Bob says: "The narrative the government gives us is a lie. If you look at the FBI files it throws open the investigation.
"What we are doing is re-examining history, history that we thought was settled that Hitler died in the bunker but the deeper we get into it, it's clear to me we don't have any facts for it."
Bob and US special forces sergeant Tim Kennedy, who was part of the team that caught Bin Laden, were given access to 700 pages of newly declassified info.
One document states: "American army officials in Germany have not located Hitler's body nor is there any reliable source that Hitler is dead."
And if all that isn't enough for you, the team managed to find an alleged witness. Former UN war crimes investigator John Cencich speaks to a Greek man who used to work in construction and he tells him that in 1945 he was tasked with building "a secret construction inside the monastery in Samos."
He says: "I had to build secret tunnels and compartments for Germans," he continued. "Yes, the Germans were Nazis and one of these guys was Adolf Hitler. He was right there, he wasn't wearing a moustache or anything. This was May 1945."

Last year the Internet went wild for this selfie, which seemed to prove the long-standing theory that, like Hitler, Mr Shakur faked his own death and was actually alive and well and rocking a cagoule.
Ever since his death in 1996, people have speculated that the rapper is still alive and living in Cuba. One of the policemen involved in his case, David Myers, even spoke out to say: "The world needs to know what I did. I'm ashamed that I let a price be put on my word and I cannot die without letting the world know."
The truth is out there, everyone.
