Desperate Man Performs Surgery On His Own Penis

A man was in so much pain he cut off part of his own penis when doctors refused to help him.

The 38-year-old fella took matters into his own hands, literally, after a rare condition caused him so much pain he couldn't even go to the toilet.

The man, who is named only as Roman A, disinfected a sharp knife and a chopping board before carrying out the DIY surgery.

He was suffering from phimosis, a condition in which the foreskin is too tight and can't be pulled back over the head of the penis. Roman attempted to make the hole bigger with the help of his knife. Sounds fucking horrible.

Roman, who lives in Noginsk in western Russia's Moscow Oblast region, said he was left with no choice after doctors refused to help him.

Roman said: "It was my choice to do it. Doctors have turned me down and this has affected me psychologically. I felt hurt. I was diagnosed with a serious problem, and they delayed the surgery."

Obviously cutting into his cock left poor Roman bleeding heavily so he decided to call an ambulance and get himself to hospital and he seems to be doing well.
