A Lancashire man has been banned from entering any stables after admitting to shagging a horse.
Shane Trafford Taylor-Waters, 36, not only had sex with the horse but filmed himself doing it - presumably because it was a memory he wished could last forever.
But his lawyer, Richard Prew, claimed his client's reasoning was different, saying: "My client says he made images so he could look back with revulsion at what he had done rather than show it to someone else."
The sex act occurred at Town Bent Tables in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, with Taylor-Waters being caught after the horse's owner spotted a 'substance' on one of the horse's back legs.

Taylor-Waters's excuse at the time was that he heard a firework go off and needed to calm the animal. After a second police interview he later admitted to gratifying himself with the horse.
His lawyer added: "Since his second police interview he has sought psychiatric help and it is clear he needs help rather than punishment.
"It is not a straightforward case and the bench should have the fullest information before sentencing."
Sadly, for horses living in the local area, this wasn't the first time, as a then teenager Taylor-Waters was cautioned for the same offence of sexual penetration of an animal.
