Meet The Rich Kids Of Singapore Who Love To Flaunt Their Wealth

Meet The Rich Kids Of Singapore Who Love To Flaunt Their Wealth

We have to share the same oxygen as them.

I don't know what you use your Instagram for, but personally I use mine to take pseudo-artsy pictures of stuff that's kind-of-a-bit cool in a futile attempt to get girls I fancy to acknowledge my existence. I'm not loaded so taking selfies that show off my wealth isn't really an option that's available to me.

The Instagram game of twenty-somethings to whom money is no object tends to be a little different - as demonstrated by the relatively new Rich Kids of Singapore account.

Singapore is one of the world's most expensive cities but if mummy and daddy are fronting you then nothing in the world seems out of reach - what an inspiration!

Take this photo featuring a girl, with an undeniably well-toned body, but an understanding of the nature of poverty which leaves a lot to be desired...

In this picture a woman is quite literally being bathed in champagne, which sounds pretty sexy, but I imagine she woke up the next day smelling exactly how my breath did on Saturday morning...

Or these two who seem to be having fun by throwing money around, gleefully basking in the wealth they, presumably, inherited or earned by exploiting the labour of those in a lower economic position to themselves - woohoo!...

Then there's this one which, to be fair, just reminds me of Kinga from Big Brother series 6...

He might be pictured in front of a Lamborghini but this #RichLad is essentially doing exactly what I used to do in Pudsey Park as a 14-year-old...

This woman is so rich that apparently she chooses to forgo clothing, presumably to feel the richness of a sports car's leather on her body...

This one looks decent as a picture, but I bet it gets chilly at night...

To be honest, at this point I'm running out of captions, so think of something funny in your head for this one...

And there we have it. You can follow the Rich Kids of Singapore if you a) think garishly showing of your wealth is #Inspirational or b) you want to get pissed off by the fact dickheads like these are allowed to share the same oxygen as you.

Alternatively, you could do what I intend to do, which is to forget the idea of the Lamborghini, mansions and Champagne lifestyle, buy a four-pack of Fosters and drink it on the way back to your shared house.
