Someone Strung Up A Wire Trap At Neck Height On A Cycle Path

You've got to be a special kind of sick to do something like this.

Unbelievably, someone decided to string up a wire trap at neck height along a cycle path.

It's like something out of a horror film, but it's actually happened.

These pictures were taken by a cyclist who managed to spot the razor-sharp barbed wire before crashing into it.

Daniel Webster, 39, told Kent Online: "I normally come the other way down the hill but I had decided to do it in reverse. I would have been going at 20mph and I would never have seen it.

"I would never have stood a chance.'

He posted the images to Facebook, where it was shared more than 1,000 times. People were quick to note that although the wire came up to Daniel's chest, a shorter rider could easily be caught on the neck or face.

Kent police are investigating, and hopefully this sick fuck is caught sooner rather than later.
