Shane McMahon Rescued After Helicopter Crash Lands In Ocean

Emergency responders picked up McMahon and his pilot and ferried them to shore.

A helicopter carrying Shane McMahon and one other person, had to be rescued on Wednesday after it landed in the Atlantic Ocean.

According to WABC in New York, McMahon's helicopter departed Westchester County Airport on Wednesday morning, only for the pilot to later issue a mayday call before the chopper went down into the sea.

Emergency services picked up McMahon and his pilot and ferried them to shore. They came away from the incident without any injuries.

Shane, 47, is the son of legendary WWE owner Vince McMahon.

He still makes on-screen appearances and last took to the ring at Wrestlemania 33 against former WWE champion AJ Styles.
