Conor McGregor Posts Then Quickly Deletes Ominous Message

Conor McGregor made headline news yesterday when he shockingly announced his retirement from UFC and was immediately pulled from the card for UFC 200, where he was scheduled for a rematch with Nate Diaz.

The rumour mill has gone into overdrive, with McGregor being strongly linked with a move to WWE after following several high ranking stars on social media, including Triple H and fellow Ireland native Becky Lynch.

And, just moments ago, McGregor tweeted the message "I'm going to make an announcement" before swiftly deleting the post.

Why did McGregor delete the tweet and what is his announcement set to be about? We're going to hear a lot more about this in the next few days, that's for sure.
