We all know John Cena, right? The huge, hulking record-breaking WWE wrestler who's also an actor and television host and, um, rapper.
Well, the 41-year-old 16 time world champion has revealed to his 11 million Twitter followers a brand new look - and it's it not what we were expecting.

In fact, we're pretty sure it's not what anybody was expecting, not least those legions of Twitter followers. This is what he looks like now:
Sure, he's still recognisable as John Cena - saying you wouldn't recognise him here is like saying you wouldn't recognise Hulk Hogan if he shaved his moustache off - but not only is his new body shape leaner than ever before, but he's also grown his hair out.

It's not long - far from it - but it's long for him, compared to the buzz cuts that he usually sports. Nice emojis, too!
It marks another period in a phase of transition for the wrestling legend, who's been taking time away from the ring to focus on his movie career, presumably in an attempt to follow the gilded foosteps of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
Cena was due to get married to fellow WWE star Nikki Bella in May, but the couple split just weeks before they were meant to tie the knot. They'd got engaged a year before at WrestleMania 33.
He's still been wrestling a bit, though - and he was last seen in the ring back in April at the Greatest Royal Rumble event, where he defeated Triple H.
Cena is due back in action on 6 October in Melbourne, too, when he's scheduled to fight one-on-one with Kevin Owens at the WWE Super Show-Down.
Cena's new look isn't going to fool anyone, though - he's still ripped as fucked. He almost looks like a real life version of The Thing from The Fantastic Four. And just in case he's reading this, we mean that only as the highest compliment!

Fellow WWE stars were equally in awe. British wrestler El Ligero, who performs under the WWE's brand NXT UK said: "Incredible - in absolutely phenomenal shape."
And even WWE legend Sgt Slaughter felt the need to comment: "Wow - sure hope you are not still as stiff as the boys said you were." We're not sure what that means, but fair enough.
It's not the first time that Cena has revealed a new look. He most recently debuted a beard - well, a goatee - a month after his break-up with Nikki Bella. Imagine the strength of his hair follicles.
Anyway, he's since shaved that off, but is clearly enjoying letting himself (well, his appearance) loose for a little while - even if his version of 'loose' is about a million times sharper than most of us.
