Dash Cam Captures Bizarre Crash And People Can't Decide Who To Blame

People have been debating who's at fault when it comes to a minor bump that occurred when two cars were reversing in a car park in Perth.

Is the dress gold or blue? Is it Laurel or Yanny? Is it the fault of the driver of the dark car or the white car? The latter is the question a lot of people are now asking after the following footage emerged of this minor but farcical scrape between two cars in a car park:

People have been debating whose fault this entirely avoidable accident - if it can even be called an accident - was, and opinion seems to be split.

Released dash cam footage of the crash - well, the ever so minor collision - shows how a white Ford was reversing out of a spot while a Honda was reversing into the space immediately next to it.

As a result, the two vehicles collide - albeit ever so gently and almost politely - before the Ford pulls forward back into the space it had just been occupying.

Now, while the debate continues to rage, there's one glaring obvious thing that takes place in the video which probably settles the argument once and for all - the fact that the white Ford clearly swings into the spot next to it.

Now, sure, perhaps the Honda that was trying to park should have been aware of what the car next to it was doing, but it was reversing straight into its spot so it probably shouldn't have needed to.

The Ford on the other hand, probably stated turning way too early - and clearly wasn't looking either. So while there's likely a little smidgen of fault on both sides of the parking line, we're going to say that the Honda is definitely more in the clear.

Which, although people are arguing for both sides, seems to be the consensus. The footage was taken by the dash cam of a car facing both bays as the incident unfolded and was posted to Facebook, where it began causing a bit of a stir.

"Totally the white cars fault," commented one person. "The SUV was half in the bay already when the white car started to move. The white car didn't look at all."

Someone else said they were both to blame, posting: "50/50 both clowns... they should open a circus!"

To which another person replied: "How is the Honda a clown for trying to park? The only clown is the [Ford] driver. Who the hell full locks their wheels before they even start moving?"

The real question is what colour the Honda is. Black? Dark green? Blue? Or a combination of all of the above?
