Jake Paul Planning To Mock Tommy Fury During Ring Walk

Jake Paul Planning To Mock Tommy Fury During Ring Walk

The pair were due to settle their differences in the ring, but Fury had to pull out due to illness and injury

Jake Paul is currently making his final preparations ahead of his rematch against Tyron Woodley - and before entering the ring, he has one more diss lined up for Tommy Fury.

YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul was supposed to be fighting Fury in Tampa, Florida, but he pulled out due to illness and injury, with Woodley taking his place at the last minute.

Fury withdrew earlier this month due to a 'bacterial chest infection and broken rib’, which Paul claimed was actually just a case of 'vaginitis'.

Indeed, Paul has been trolling Fury on social media for ages now, and it sounds like he's got one last burn up his sleeve ahead of his fight with Woodley.

Speaking to TMZ, the 24-year-old said: "I have a message to send to him during my walkout.

"People will see my message for Tommy Fury while I'm walking out. It's pretty funny."

Asked whether he thought Fury would be watching, he added: "100 percent. Tommy, you know, this could've been you."

Paul and Fury have been embroiled in an escalating feud for months and Fury said he was 'absolutely heartbroken' to have to pull out.

In a video shared on Instagram, the 22-year-old said: "Training camp couldn't have gone any better for me for the first week two weeks, but then I contracted a bacterial chest infection which led me to go to the gym, and just not being able to breathe.

"I was in my sparring sessions, pad work sessions, whatever it may be, just not being able to breathe and coughing up huge amounts of phlegm all the time, led me to sleepless nights.

"And that went on for about four weeks, because I had the mindset of, 'I'm going to keep training, I'm going to get through this, I'm gonna have a fight no matter what.'"

He continued: "And four weeks passed and we decided to have a sparring session and I took a little clip to the body and because my body was so weak due to the virus inside of me, I instantly knew something wasn't right.

"I was throwing up from the pain, I was doubled over. I literally got my bag and went straight to the hospital, straight for an MRI scan. And I got the results back the same day and the results uncovered that I had a clean break."
