Maltesers Truffles Have Been Spotted In Sainsbury's And We Want Them All

An eagle-eyed Instagram account has spotted them in Sainsbury's

Back in May, it was announced that Maltesers would be taking their favoured chocolate treats into a very different direction.

They announced that Truffles would be added to their staple faves, and they looked absolutely delicious - but one problem that many people found were that the chocolates were nowhere to be seen in stores. I mean, I haven't even gotten around to trying them yet, and I've searched far and wide.

However, NewFoodUK seem to have spotted the mysteriously hidden Maltesers Truffles in Sainsbury's, which means the snack should now officially accessible to the UK population.

Bloody brilliant news, I tell you.

This is hot off the back of the new edition to the Mars family in the form of Malteser Buttons. After a much-anticipated wait, share bags of the buttons have now hit shelves in the UK.

And in other chocolate news, posh choc maker Lindt is launching a special-edition mint flavour of its Lindor Balls in Tesco.

The delicious truffles are an absolute dream and will now come with a hint of mint for a limited time exclusively at Tesco, according to HotDealsUK.

No price has been mentioned yet, but a 337g box of the regular milk Lindor Balls will set you back £7.40. Tesco's online shop also stocks a variety box with milk, milk and white, strawberries and cream and coconut flavoured truffles, which all sound bloody amazing.

HotDealsUK says that the mint flavour is currently making its way to stores but the boxes are yet to be sold on the Tesco website, so it's probably a good time to get hunting - and if you see any, pick up 10 boxes for me too, please.

Don't feel too bad if you can't find any in store just yet, though, because you can order them through the Lindt website - here.

As well as mint, you can also get your filthy paws on cappuccino, caramel and orange truffles. If you're feeling really fancy, it also sells champagne-flavoured ones, too. Nice.
