Tutti Frutti Gin Has Been Launched To Satisfy Any Sweet Tooth
When it comes to booze, these days we're all spoilt rotten. From Tango Ice Blast slushies to cocktails inspired by beloved childhood treats like Twister lollies and Squashies, if you want it to be a thing, it'll be a thing.
But there's one territory where people are being especially creative with flavours, and that's gin. That's right, these days we've got pretty much every imaginable vibe going.
Colour-changing gin? Yep. Salted caramel gin? Absolutely. Tea-flavoured gin? Yep, that too.
The world seems to be your oyster when it comes to this juniper-based tipple, and we are definitely not complaining about that - particularly because this latest one sounds right up our street, being a nod to a classic sweet shop flavour that many of us enjoyed as a kid.
Poetic License has just launched a Tutti Frutti version of the spirit, which will be sure to remind you of the staples of your pick 'n' mix selection.
Described by the makers as a 'distilled fruit smoothie', the unique drink is packed with tropical flavours - also making it a definite goer for the summer.
It also tastes of pineapple, peach, kiwi, cherries, berries, plum and apple, along with the usual notes of juniper that come with any gin.
This tasty tipple has no added sugar, so you won't have to worry about your dental health when sipping a Tutti Frutti gin and tonic or cocktail.
The only downside? You're going to have act quick if you want to bag yourself a bottle (or 10) of the fruity tipple, as it is actually limited edition and will probably be flying off the shelves as we speak.
It is available to purchase here for £34.95 a pop for a 70cl bottle.
If you can't get enough of fancy cocktails that remind you of retro childhood sweets, then you can also get one that tastes exactly like Parma Violets.
As you'd imagine, it's bloody delicious, and really does provide the hit of nostalgia that it promises.
Zymurgorium Manchester Sweet Violet Gin Liqueur can be bought for £24.99 for a 50cl bottle from Selfridges, which makes it the perfect treat.
DrinkSupermarket.com describes this one as: "Sweet violet heaven made for the gods? Well not exactly, but a wonderful liqueur nonetheless.
"Great replacement for violet based liqueurs as the role of 20 botanicals really do provide a unique taste.
"Enjoy any how you like."
Oh, we will - don't you worry about that.
