What's a smartwatch?

Whether you're an athlete in your prime or you're starting your couch to 5k journey, smartwatches are a great way of monitoring your health stats and sleep patterns. Some let you set goals, some are waterproof which is great for swimming and some even give you a little buzz to remind you to get off your backside once in a while.
