'God Of War' Art Director Draws Super Realistic Versions Of Smash Bros. Characters
As was the full title, Kratos' latest appearance in the brilliant Game Of The Year gong winner, God of War was nothing short of superb.
His deadly, dramatic fighting-style mixed with a stern, emotionless voice helped capture Kratos' all powerful persona. But it would've been a waste, if his physical get up wasn't up to scratch.
Thankfully, the God of War art director, Raf Grassetti, did a fine job of creating a newer, older- looking version of Kratos for his fatherhood days. To be honest, all he needed was a big bushy beard. But detailing of his armour, scars - everything - was just impeccable.
Now that God of War is well and truly out of the way, though, Grassetti has begun re-imagining different video game characters. Classic ones, too.
From Diddy Kong and Mario to Pikachu and Mewtwo, he's drawn realistic versions of multiple fan-favourite Super Smash Bros. fighters and uploaded them to his Instagram account for you to enjoy.
While we'll include a few of the Smash characters he's finished, make sure you check his page out for more gaming-related drawings as we don't have room for them all:
