​New Walking Dead Game Is Pokémon Go With Added Zombies

The Walking Dead: Our World is a location-based AR mobile game which is set for an Android and iOS release.

It follows a very similar game style to Pokémon Go, where players have a bird's eye view of their surroundings and bump into in-game activities when they explore.

Rather than having a cute, little Squirtle pop up on your screen however, zombie after zombie will try and stop you from completing missions and scavenging supplies.

The aim of the game is to "explore and defend your neighbourhood," where you can complete weekly challenges with other players, such as rescuing survivors, in order to earn in-game rewards.

You will also be able to play as your favourite from the hit TV show, such as Michonne, Daryl, and of course the one and only Rick Grimes.

The game has been in a test phase in Australia, Norway, and the Philippines, but it is set to release globally on 12 July.
