Apple Wireless Headphones Have Got Their First Accessory And It's Exactly What You Expect

What’s wireless about that?

Upon the launch of Apple's newly-designed wireless earbuds, a company has created a strap which will keep the earphones together and allow users to hang them around their neck (just like normal headphones).

Spigen's new $10 AirPods strap is already on sale on Amazon but it is not yet available in UK or Australian pricing, reports CNET.

It is a practical solution to the potential chaos these news earphones have created; what with them being small and easy to lose in careless hands.

However, that aside, it does completely defeat the biggest selling point of the Airpods (that the product is totally wireless). I now ask the question, what was the point of the illogical wireless design in the first place?

The product's selling point is that it is a simple, yet effective device that is light and durable. It also comes with a wire holder attachment, ensuring that the not-so-wireless headphones remain tangle free. Happy days.

The accessory will be available on October 17 as the AirPods start shipping to customers.

Just in case it isn't clear, the company has reminded customers that their Spigen's AirPods Strap doesn't come with Apple AirPods.
