The Apple iPhone 7 is pricey. The 32GB model is priced at $649 (£500) while the 128GB version costs $749 (£577), reports Wonderful Engineering.

This means it costs Apple roughly $292 (£225) to manufacture each iPhone 7.
That said, Apple CEO Tim Cook has said that all manufacturing cost estimates made for the phone are wrong and he's yet to see one that's even close to accurate. He would say that, wouldn't he?
Although, to be fair, the cost of the hardware doesn't include things like design, software, development or transport costs.
That said, I doubt Apple is going bust any time soon.
