What with his record-breaking albums, sold-out tours and unthreatening looks, you'd think that Ed Sheeran is quite a straight-and-narrow type.
You might be surprised, then, to imagine him downing eight cups of booze, getting off with Keith Lemon, and having a dance with naked pensioners wearing only ginger wigs.
Luckily, you can have all your illusions shattered before your eyes if you catch Sheeran's appearance on ITV2 show Celebrity Juice, his most bizarre TV appearance to date.

Speaking about his appearance on the show, which will air tonight at 10pm, Sheeran said: "I've wanted to do this since 2011, but every time I'm on tour.
"I promised my mate Chris Ramsey that if I ever did it he would come with me. That's why he's here."

The singer-songwriter was a surprise stand-in captain for Holly Willoughby alongside comedian Ramsay and legendary Sky Sports presenter Chris Kamara, despite still recovering from two broken arms.
Sheeran explained he temporarily gave up drinking to help him recover after he sustained the injuries in a cycling accident last month.
That didn't last for long, though, as Ed was filmed on the lash and getting Kammy totally legless during his appearance on the programme.

If you catch Sheeran's stint on the celebrity show, you'll also see him making some questionable admissions - understandable if he was bladdered.
These include having inverted nipples "which look like craters" and his openness to performing a sex act on his mate James Blunt if he was "drunk enough".
It's a good thing that Blunt wasn't in the studio when he said that - otherwise, I'd have to question Celebrity Juice as good, honest, family viewing.

This isn't the first time that Ed has made a fool of himself while making a promotional appearance on TV.
Back in January, he went on the BBC's Graham Norton Show to discuss a reported incident of him getting injured at a party held by Princess Beatrice, as you can see here:

Apparently, James Blunt jokingly asked to be knighted, leading the Princess to grab a sword and accidentally cut Sheeran on the face.
Sporting a suspicious scar on his cheek, Sheeran went along with the claims, saying: "It was James Blunt trying to get his pop career back."
So consider whatever delusions you had of Ed Sheeran being a well-behaved guy shattered. Not that it will do his career any harm.
