The actor made a candid confession about one of her saucier scenes

Emilia Clarke rose to international stardom when she played Daenerys Targaryen on HBO's hit series Game of Thrones.

The platinum blonde-haired beauty won herself legions of fans thanks to her courage, spirited personality and three ferocious dragons.

Fans were also immersed in her romance with Jon Snow, played by Kit Harington, who Daenerys got together with in the show's final two seasons.

The two actors recently reunited at the Superhero Comic Con and Car Show in San Antonio, Texas, where they reminisced about their time on Game of Thrones for a panel discussion.

For most of the series run, the two filmed in separate countries, with Clarke usually off in sunnier climates like Malta and Morocco, while Harington was up in Iceland.

However, once they came together, things got a lot warmer for both of them if you catch my drift.

But these saucy scenes had some extra details that are awkward enough to make your blood run cold.

That detail being that Clarke's brother was on set the day she and Harrington filmed their first sex scene.

The 36-year-old actor said: "I do remember the day, our sex scene day, and my brother was there.

"My brother was in the camera department and he was on set that day."

A bit of mood killer, right?

Clarke seemed to realise how awkward the situation was.

She continued: "It was literally like, 'Mate! You’ve got to get him out of here. He’s not allowed to be here!'"

Beyond their intimate moments together, Jon and Daenerys form a political alliance against Cersei Lannister, who is the monarch of the Seven Kingdoms.

Through a series of twists and turns, viewers learned that Jon was Daenerys' nephew due to a complicated family tree.

Ultimately, the couple didn't have a happy ending and fans were generally less than impressed with how things wrapped up in the show, which began in 2011 and finished in 2019.

Her brother being on set wasn't the only mishap to take place during a Westeros romp scene.

While filming love scenes with Jason Momoa's character, Khal Drogo, Clarke constantly burst into tears.

Admittedly, these scenes came very early in her acting career and portrayed marital rape.

In an interview on the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast in 2019, Clarke said: "He [Momoa] was crying more than I was.

"It's only now that I realise how fortunate I was with that, because that could have gone many, many, many different ways.

"Because Jason had experience - he was an experienced actor who had done a bunch of stuff before coming on to this - he was like, 'Sweetie, this is how it's meant to be, this is how it's not meant to be, and I'm going to make sure that that's the f***ing gaze'.

"He was always like, 'Can we get her a f***ing robe? She's shivering!'

"He was so kind and considerate and cared about me as a human being."
