'The Todd' Hilariously Crashes 'Scrubs' Reunion

He's hardly changed at all

This weekend saw a bit of a Scrubs cast reunion at the Vulture Festival with Zach Braff, Donald Faison, Sarah Chalke, John C. McGinley and the rest of the gang meeting up on the stage.

Ah, what a lovely moment for fans, eh? Except one person who seemingly wasn't invited was less than impressed and decided to crash it.

Yup, Robert Maschio, better known as The Todd made a last-minute appearance and joined the rest of the cast on stage.

In true Todd style, he whipped off his hoodie and tracksuit bottoms to reveal that he was dressed in his scrubs, complete with his signature multi-coloured head-gear. How's that for attention to detail. Weirdly, he doesn't seem to have aged at all in the eight or so years since it's finished, either.

Teasing fans with what might be, Braff shared a photo of the crew backstage on his Twitter page with the caption: 'season 10?'

Naturally, the post has pulled tens of thousands of likes from fans, as well as racking up almost 20,000 comments - mostly from people begging for another season.

Meanwhile, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the show's creator Bill Lawrence ruled out a new season, but didn't completely pour cold water on a reunion 'little movie'.

He said: "I would do anything to get to work with not only this group [but the entire crew]...it was the best time in my life.

"[But] sometimes reboots - not all the time - feel like a money grab.

"If we ever do it, we'll do it as a short little movie or something else.

"I think the problem from me is I would just want to see where everyone is. I would want to see where their marriages are [as opposed to a huge event]."

Braff similarly echoed those sentiments earlier this year, saying: "I don't think we'd do a traditional TV show thing, but I think [the cast] daydream about the idea of doing, like, a TV movie.

"That's something that feels more realistic. Because everyone is so all over the place... I don't think we'd want to do a revival of the show, but I think what's more realistic and feasible would be to do sort of a - like Psych did a two-hour movie.

"I think that would be something we could all do. I mean, I would."

Make it happen, guys.
