Michelle Keegan Responds To Rumours That She Has Six Toes On Right Foot

She's cleared things up.

People will jump on any picture of celebs out and about, pointing out any flaws that may appear in the pic.

It's odd really - we can go to McDonald's for a bottle of milk in jogging bottoms, an unwashed tee and greasy hair, still reeling from a hangover and no one bats an eyelid, but if someone of note does it, we jump on them like vultures.

This happened to Michelle Keegan recently, as the former Coronation Street star was photographed out and about, with people focusing on her feet.

People seemed to think that she actually had six toes on he right foot.

The Manc actress was quick to the address rumours, however, posting a picture of her feet on Instagram.

She included the caption "Me and my six toes are off out tonight. Oh wait..."

Well that's that then, I guess.

People have an odd fascination of this sort of stuff. For example, people still don't shut up about Megan Fox's 'toe thumbs'.

Her thumbs, yes.

People have noticed that her thumbs are a bit 'squashed', or 'clubbed', or even resemble a toe, rather than an actual thumb.

Poor girl.

She has previously spoken about her thumbs, having a bit of a laugh with Jay Leno about them.

However, the shape of her thumbs has nothing to do with the way she lives her life; it's because of a condition called brachydactyly.

First off, I'll give you a tenner if you can say brachydactyly, and, secondly, it's an inherited condition caused by unusually short bones, according to Health Line.

The obvious and most common symptoms of the condition are shortened fingers and toes, which other family members are likely to have, too.

The sufferer is really in no danger from any health risks. It's thought that two different mutations in a certain gene contribute to brachydactyly.

Despite people being (weirdly) creeped out by her thumbs, Austin Green obviously sees her for her true qualities, as the pair have been married since 2010 and have three kids together.
