When was the most shameful time you've ever felt peckish? Post-buffet? Mid-sleep? Mid-poo? Well, Khai Ho has never had such disgusting urges - in fact, he says he's never felt hungry at all.
The 38-year-old from Birkenhead, UK, says he can survive off just 100 calories a week thanks to his ability to collect nutrients from the air. It is for this reason that Mr Ho identifies as a 'breatharian'.

Mr Ho believes he is able to survive off so little thanks to his dedication to Hindu meditation. He evens claims to have abstained from food and water for three months, eating only mints to get rid of the 'bitter' taste in his mouth.
You would think such a man would be extremely emaciated - or more likely dead - but he is actually a solid 13 stone. Weirder still, Mr Ho makes his money by delivering pizza.
Now that is some top level discipline. Getting a pizza home without eating half of it is challenging enough at the best of times, never mind after months of mints and mints alone.
Mr Ho said he has 'felt so great' since adopting his mints and air diet.

He said: "I felt that this was something that I should have done my whole life.
"I have never really felt hunger and never took much interest in food as a child.
"My mum was always worried about me and still is, she often cooks for me and I have to tell her not to bother as I won't touch it.
"I could never really embrace that state of consciousness that I was after until about four years ago when it became more serious.

"Before that I was maybe eating every three or four days but now I can go months without food or water and even then only have a mint or so to take away any bitter taste in my mouth.
"It's an amazing feeling, I'm fully conscious of my mind and I've never felt so great. I'm fully aware of my surroundings.
"People think I'm crazy but incredible at the same time."
So how does he do it? Well, he's basically like a mindful sponge, claiming to be able to gather nutrients from sunlight and absorb moisture from the air.

Breatharians believe human life can be sustained by 'prana' alone, which is the vital life force in Hindu religion.
Mr Ho says he is living proof of this belief.
He said: "The advice is that men need 2,500 calories a day to survive but I have proven the experts wrong. I do save a lot of money though as I never have to do any food shopping.

"It's a miracle that you can live this way but I'm living proof."
