Guys, it's finally time. Pornhub has released its 2023 year in review, detailing our dirtiest desires of the past 12 months.
The Canadian-owned porn site is the largest internet pornography operation in the world and also one the most visited websites globally.
Now, Pornhub has shared its annual review, making public the trends, performers search terms that got us all going in 2023, and some of the NSFW habits it revealed are more embarrassing than having The 1975 as your top artist on Spotify Unwrapped.
Every year, the Pornhub team sift through data from billions of visits to see what content defined the past 12 months in porn.

If 2023 could be summed up in three words, they'd be big, bigger and biggest.
It seems that size really does matter, as searches including the terms grew by 177% this year. And, the search terms 'BBW,' 'big a**' and 'big d**k' all appeared in the site's top 20.
Dr. Laurie Betito said: “It is human nature to be curious about the extraordinary. When it comes to sex it is no different. We are all voyeurs to some degree and we want to see the extremes—what we generally don’t have access to in real life.”
Other year-defining themes include 'mature,' which was up by 77% since last year, 'uniforms' at +243% and 'sexual healing,' with searches for 'therapy' growing by 344%.

But, the data also revealed that maybe AI is getting a bit too much for us to handle, with the site recording that we have a fascination with 'sex machines.'
Searches for 'android,' including terms like 'android cosplay' or 'android roleplay', were up by 1689% (Yes, you ready that right). 'Sex robot' and '3D robot' grew by 304% with new term NPC (non playable character), aided by its new popularity on TikTok, went up by 1541%. Kinda weird, but okay.
But, the overall most-viewed categories were a familiar late-night sight, with the top 10 reading lesbian, Japanese, ebony, anal, MILF, transgender, mature, threesome, Hentai and big t**s.
And, our favourite performers stayed relatively stable from the previous year also.

Like 2022, Abella Danger took the top spot for most popular pornstar, being watched more than 1.8 billion times. Angela White, Eva Elfie, Lana Rhoades and Violet Myers made up the rest of the top five.
And - good news! People are lasting longer this year, too, as 2023 saw the average time spent on Pornhub increase by 15 whole seconds, making the average visit duration 10 minutes and 9 seconds. Nice job, everyone!
Once again, the United States proved itself to be the horniest country in the world, providing Pornhub with the highest daily traffic, followed by the Philippines, France, Mexico and the United Kingdom.
And, if you've ever wondered what your neighbours get up to in their alone time, In the United Kingdom, 'milf' and 'lesbian' took the top spots for most searched terms.

We also love a bit of homegrown talent with Surrey-born pornstar Elle Brooke taking the top spot for most-watched performers and trending searches including 'mature british' and 'british dogging.'
Good to know, I guess.
