Krispy Kreme UK is helping you get into the spirit of Valentine's Day nice and early by offering buy-one-get-one-free doughnuts for today (5 February), because what better way to tap into someone's affections than with deep-fried dough, doused in chocolate and sprinkles?
The offer applies to the limited heart-shaped Valentine's doughnut range, with three flavours available: White Chocolate Berry, Nutty Chocolatta and Dark Chocolate Mint.
While it's still well over a week away until 14 February, it's never too early to show the love - whether you're going to treat your significant other to the freebie, taking one back to work for your colleague or simply deciding to keep both for yourself for the ultimate display of amour propre (look it up).

The BOGOF offer is redeemable today only (costs may vary), and after that you'll have to get your Valentine's doughnut fix for the full price.
To redeem in Krispy Kreme or Tesco stores, you simply have to show staff a barcode - this one, right here:

From there, it's down to you who gets to eat the cut-price doughnuts - although Krispy Kreme has said there's nothing wrong with scoffing two for yourself.
"At Krispy Kreme, we believe that it's important to love yourself before you share your love with anyone else," the company said in statement.
"So this Valentine's Day, we are encouraging all of our customers to practice self-love and follow their heart's desire by gifting themselves with one of our heart-shaped doughnuts - because let's face it, no one really wants to share their Krispy Kreme doughnut!"
And once you've managed to woo someone with a free heart-shaped doughnut, what next? After all, you've still got a week and a half to prepare for the big day.

Well, you still needn't break the bank if you don't want to, as JD Wetherspoon recently confirmed to LADbible that its now-famous 'Two Dine For £20' deal is back again this year, promising two courses and two drinks for just 20 quid.
If you're feeling particularly fancy, you can even upgrade to a bottle of Prosecco of rose brut for an extra £5.
Mains on offer include 8oz sirloin steak, mixed grill, BBQ chicken melt, triple chicken feast, chicken and rib combo, BBQ pork ribs, Mediterranean vegetable lasagne and gourmet vegan burger, while desserts on offer are warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream, warm chocolate brownie with ice cream, warm cookie dough sandwich with ice cream, fresh fruit with ice cream or British Bramley apple crumble - with, you've guessed it, ice cream.
As with all JD Wetherspoon branches, products and pricing may vary depending on where you are, but the pub chain told us that the £20 offer will be live in more than 600 pubs across the UK, so chances are you'll be alright.
