Self-isolation will test the strength of relationships the world over. Some couples are nine months off having a baby together, others are careering towards divorce lawyers. Olly Murs may find himself in the latter camp if he keeps waking up his girlfriend Amelia Tank like he did this morning (28 March).

The singer shared a video on social media of him blaring out tunes in his bedroom before jumping around on the bed in his underpants and swinging from a beam - his other half groaning all the while, understandably unimpressed by the wake-up call.

The 35-year-old posted the video with the caption: "Think I'll be dumped by the end of self isolation."

But hey, she can't really leave him for the foreseeable future anyway, so he's got plenty of time to make it up to her with breakfast in bed over the coming weeks. In fact, he may already have some goodwill in the bank, having prepared Amelia's breakfast and bought her a pile of presents for her 28th birthday earlier this week.

The singer shared a video on Instagram of Amelia coming down to the kitchen in her PJs with 'It's My Birthday' by will.i.am blasting out the speakers; so it seems if the couple are going to survive self-isolation, Amelia is going to have be cool with the fact Olly appears to be a morning man. A morning man who likes blasting out tunes, no less. Hey, he is a 'Troublemaker', after all.

The 2009 X-Factor runner-up only met Amelia last year, announcing their relationship in an Insta post on New Year's Day.

Discussing the romance on Loose Women earlier this month, he said: "I'm really happy I've got a great girlfriend who's just amazing to me.

"We just had an instant connection and I think you do when you find someone you genuinely care about. I'm really happy, hopefully she stays with me."

He then broke out into an impromptu rendition of 'Please Don't Let Me Go', much to the delight of the studio. OK no he didn't, but he may as well have done.

But as discussed, she has no choice but to stay with him for now, so he can sleep easy (unlike Amelia).
