Pete Davidson Kicked A Heckler Out Of His Show After They Made A Joke About Mac Miller

The joke wasn't even funny.

Comedian Pete Davidson has a history of making jokes that really go to the line of acceptability; like the time he reportedly made a reference about former fiancé Ariana Grande's fame increasing after the Manchester bombing.

But there are lines he won't cross and one of them is Mac Miller.

According to Page Six, Davidson threw out a heckler from one of his shows after they made a joke about the late rapper.

The 25-year-old started the bit with: "So a funny thing happened to me recently in my apartment...my friend died of a heart attack."

Before he could land the punch line, someone shouted 'Mac Miller'. A person at the show recalled Davidson saying: "I'm serious. I'm going to leave [the stage].

"So if you want to hear the rest of the show, you'll point out to security who yelled so they can escort him out.

"If not, I'm going to leave right now. I'm not going to have any of that shit happening at my show."

It wasn't long before people identified the person who made the tasteless joke and they were ejected from the room.

Davidson added in: "And give him back his money. I don't want his money."

It's a big move from a bloke with very deep connections to the Swimming rapper. Mac Miller dated Ariana Grande for several years before they split in 2018. The 'God is a Woman' singer then started seeing Davidson and they quickly became engaged.

Their engagement fell apart after a couple of months.

When Miller died in September last year, the news obviously devastated Ariana. It's not hard to see why Davidson would be defensive about the topic, especially when the 'joke' wasn't even funny.

Mac Miller, real name Malcolm McCormick, did in fact die from a heart attack associated with an accidental drug overdose.

It was recently revealed that Mac recorded an entire unheard album with producer and rapper Madlib.

Chicago producer Thelonious Martin told DJ Booth: "When we was working on 'Guidelines,' he was always excited about all these other songs. He had this Madlib album, called Maclib.

"I opened for Madlib in Chicago last summer, at Pitchfork. So I'm opening for Madlib, and about 15, 20 minutes left in my set, Madlib pulls up. Pete Rock walks up as well.

"So I'm trying to focus and DJ, and Madlib gets on and 15 minutes into his set he just randomly plays a Mac Miller joint.

"And I turn to him, I'm like, 'There's more of these, right?' He's said, 'Oh, yeah, there's a whole album. Maclib.' What! What! He just kept moving on with his DJ set.

"If Madlib decides to bless the world with that project, he should."

American bass guitarist Thundercat, who was mates with Miller, has confirmed the secret album on social media saying: "I was there when he recorded it. Blew my fucking mind."

We need to hear this album.
