Rick Ross Reveals He Lost 75lbs Of Fat By Eating Kale Casserole

The rap star is now a hipster, apparently.

Rick Ross is famous for being a larger than life kinda guy. Not just in personality but in physicality too.

He weighed 350lbs and regularly stayed up late at night eating whatever the fuck he wanted, namely 24oz steaks.

However, after suffering a series of seizures in 2011, Ross decided to get his life, and his health, back on track - starting with his diet.

Ross recently spoke with Men's Health where he revealed just how he managed to drop 75lbs of fat without compromising his love of chicken wings (for those that don't know, Ross has invested in and made no secret of his love for Texas-based chicken-chain Wingstop).


Anyway, Ross dropped the weight by getting himself a personal chef and coming up with a new meal plan that primarily consists of kale, salmon, salad and 'giant fruit plates'.

He said: "I'm happy. I'm still losing weight and now I'm starting to build hard muscle in places."

Ross also revealed he still manages to get himself to Wingstop two or three days a week because if he hadn't, he'd never have stuck to his diet.


"I knew my weight loss wouldn't last if I never ate the things I love."

And he loves chicken wings. So do I actually. Fuck I want chicken wings.
